Sasy n Savy make deliveries in Singapore & Worldwide.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after your order has been made. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left outside the premises of the given address, or the party is not at home, the responsibility is yours but do contact us immediately to inform us.
Deliveries take place between Monday and Friday.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered are assigned with automatic tracking information. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at info@sasynsavy.com.sg
International orders are sent by an international courier. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. We will endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected and also depending on the location.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items ordered are received. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Singapore dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS DELIVERED IN SINGAPORE
Free delivery within Singapore for orders over $100 (subject to change)
Orders under $100 are sent at a standard postage charges of $8
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE SINGAPORE
Sasy n Savy uses international couriers that provide tracking detail. If an alternative form of delivery is required contact customer service at info@sasynsavy.com.sg to discuss options prior ordering.
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and Amex. We also accept PayNow.
Some parcels sent overseas may be quarantined by Customs of your delivery location until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws/rates in your country before placing your order. Sasy n Savy is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only items purchased on the www.sasynsasy.com.sg website can be returned for refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt. You have to produce proof of purchase for any refund, returned or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Sasy n Savy will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and retain its original packing. We will not accept returns that have been altered, defaced or with defect. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the utmost of care and consideration. But in the event your order arrives in a damaged state or wrongful order received than ordered online, contact us immediately at info@sasynsavy.com.sg for further assistance. We suggest taking a photo of the received goods so that can assist you more effectively.
